Objective: Creating a contemporary, simple user interface that enhances user engagement and supports the platform’s educational and social objectives.

Design Concept

The design concept was inspired by the need to balance simplicity and functionality while fostering a sense of community and support among students. The key aspects considered in the design were:

  • Modern Aesthetic with a focus on minimalism to avoid overwhelming users and to highlight essential features.

  • Incorporate interactive elements and micro-animations to make the user experience more engaging and dynamic.

  • Emphasize the academic aspect of the platform by integrating features that facilitate learning, collaboration, and information sharing.

  • Create design elements that encourage social interaction and community building, such as user profiles, messaging, and activity feeds.

Scope of Work

​User Experience (UX) Research: Conducted comprehensive user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience. This included surveys, interviews, and analysis of existing user data to develop accurate target group personas.

​

Interface Design: Based on the research findings, I designed a user-friendly and visually appealing interface. The design focused on simplicity, intuitive navigation, and a modern aesthetic to enhance the overall user experience.

 

Design Implementation: Developed a cohesive design system that included new color schemes, typography, iconography, and layout structures. The goal was to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all features of the app.

Go Aimly

Client: Go Aimly, a fundraising web app platform that supports the community.

​

Objective: Creating a seamless user experience for the minimum viable product (MVP).

Design Concept

We worked closely with the client to understand their vision for the company, the product, the users, and how they wanted to stand out. We then created a straightforward flow and designed the MVP with a comprehensive design system.

The designs were contemporary and minimal based on UX research, and the target group personas.

 

The revised interface and user-centered design approach significantly improved user engagement and satisfaction, reflecting Aimly’s commitment to providing an intuitive and effective user experience.

Objective: Enhance the user experience by revising the app's interface design and proposing a new logo and user interface design that aligns with contemporary design standards.

Design Concept

Create a user interface that embodies a formal, professional, and reliable personality, emphasizing high accessibility and better interface usability. ​​​

 

The redesigned logo and user interface proposal significantly improved the app's usability and aesthetic appeal, enhancing the overall user experience and making it easier for users to navigate and perform broadband speed tests.

Scope of Work

Logo Design: Created a new logo representing the app’s mission and values. The design is modern and simple, ensuring it is easily recognizable and aligns with the brand's identity.
