Academic Career

Aside from my professional practice as a graphic designer and photographer, I have been teaching in academia for over two decades. My teaching pedagogy is characterized by an interdisciplinary methodology and a commitment to user-centered design and innovation. I place a high value on developing design solutions that are not only aesthetically appealing but also communicate effectively. This is underpinned by a rigorous process of ideation that embraces diverse perspectives and strategies.​

​​As an educator, I aim to bridge academia and the professional design world. My career trajectory is marked by significant roles across the globe, allowing me to make substantial contributions to both academia and industry in the United States and internationally.
